Our policies
All GUEST and visitors are required to obey the following rules:
PET POLICY
We allow dogs for an additional pet fee of $50 per day. Please let us know before checking in that your dog will be accompanying you. If found with a dog or another pet without prior notice guest will incur a $150 cleaning fee and be removed from the premises. All dogs must be crated in room when guest is not present. All pet waste must be disposed of properly. Failure to crate dog(s) or to dispose of pet waste will result in removal from premise without a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest are required to give 48 hrs. notice before arrival date. If unable to check in on reserved date, a one night charge will be incurred on guest provided credit card.
quiet time
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Please observe them for the enjoyment of all guest.
Check in - check out
Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am. If you would like an early check in or late check out time please contact us ASAP. Availability of early check in and late check out is determined by room availability.
late check in
Check in time is 3:00 pm. If you need to check in after 10:00 pm please contact us so arrangements can be made for late night check in.
Guest behavior
Unruly behavior, disorderly conduct, or illegal drug use is not tolerated. Beer and alcoholic beverages are permitted on site but only if under control and covered.
parking
Each room has parking for 1 vehicle with trailer. If multiples vehicles are expected please inform us immediately. Parking is limited. Additional parking is available in overflow area but will not be in front of your room.
smoking
All of our rooms are non-smoking. If found smoking in your room, guest will incur a $75 cleaning fee and be removed from room. Ashtrays are located outside of each room. Please do not throw cigarette butts on ground.
